Summary of Terms and Conditions

My terms of business are supplied separately, and should you decide to proceed, they will be sent to you upon receipt of your instructions.

  • All support provided is tailored specifically for the Client and only the Client. Michaela Assists will not be held responsible if the Client discloses or shares any information to any third party.

  • All documentation produced by Michaela Assists will be provided electronically. Should the Client require hard copies of any document there will be an additional fee for the production of such documentation.

  • Where the Client has purchased hours of telephone/email support, the time spent on each assignment, query or matter will be recorded in 15-minute segments.

  • Payment for services is to be received within 14 calendar days of receipt of the invoice.

  • The services provided by Michaela Assists are for remote telephone/email advice and do not include on-site support.

  • Michaela Assists is not obliged to carry out any work until such time as full payment, or the first monthly payment, has been received however this is at their discretion
