My Story

Born and bred in West Yorkshire, I’m a mum of two girls and a lover of a good series ( Bridgerton, Grey's Anatomy, 9-1-1). You’ll often find me with my nose in a book, listening to all sorts of music (Soca is my favourite; Google it, you won’t regret it), or getting creative with my bullet journal. I’m also studying for my Marketing and Business Management degree with The Open University.

I became a Virtual Assistant after becoming a mum. I knew I wanted to be self-employed, to work from home and still be present for all the important moments in my daughters’ lives. After completing an Enterprise Course with The Prince’s Trust, I decided to put my 12 years of admin experience to good use and start my own business.

Then I discovered Canva and my creative spark really came to life.
​
I started out designing birthday posts for social media, then moved on to christening invitations. Before I knew it, I was creating everything from logos and brand boards to vision boards and digital products.

That’s when I stepped into my role as a Creative Consultant.
​
Now, I design everything from social media content and digital products to event flyers, invitations, and even colouring books. Canva has opened up a world of possibilities, and I love helping others bring their ideas to life too.
